Final Cleaning
Cleaning Fee
A one-time cleaning fee applies depending on the occupancy:
- Up to 2 persons: €50
- Up to 4 persons: €60
- Up to 6 persons: €70
Booking duration
A minimum stay of:
- 2 nights is required between October 1st and May 31st
- 3 nights between June 1st and September 30th, as well as during Easter (Semana Santa) and Christmas
Payment Conditions
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon or within 5 days of booking.
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before arrival via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
For last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before arrival), full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend travel insurance in case of unforeseen events.

All prices include utilities (electricity, water, internet).

Check-out: By 11:00 AM
We kindly ask guests to respect the property and its surroundings and observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00.
Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the property.
